    Eric has 15 years of success developing and executing integrated PR and content marketing campaigns for startup and Fortune 500 brands in entertainment (online TV/movies, music and gaming), advertising, mobile, eCommerce, and enterprise software industries. His leadership has helped clients develop and market content to improve customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive leads and sales. Prior to founding wavesquad, Eric was VP of Integrated Media at re: imagine group (formerly The Conversation Group, TCG), a social media marketing and PR consultancy. Prior to re: imagine group, Eric developed and executed brand-centric PR campaigns at Cohn & Wolfe and as an independent consultant. Eric has secured client coverage in top-tier business and trade press (e.g., Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, Associated Press, New York Times, Good Morning America, TechCrunch, CNET, VentureBeat, Mashable, etc). He’s also developed successful social media marketing programs for numerous clients on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and blogs.

    Some of the leading brands Eric has advised include Netflix, Best Buy, Panasonic, Seagate, Applied Biosystems, Verizon, HP, Adknowledge, Jumptap, Ribbit/British Telecom, Alcatel-Lucent, Zerona, Chicago 2016, and Judy Estrin, former CEO of Cisco and seminal Silicon Valley leader. Before his marketing career, Eric was a web producer at Circle (now part of Havas Worldwide, formerly Euro RSCG Worldwide) and StarMedia, a leading Latino portal site. Fluent in Spanish, Eric served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama. He has also written, directed and acted in several award-winning films.

    Kirsten has 15+ years of agency, client side, and consultative roles in corporate communications, marketing, event planning and public relations. Leveraging her expertise with consumer brands, she recently launched and managed several successful blogger campaigns for Paper Culture, a consumer stationary company. She launched Facebook Marketplace, securing coverage in 100s of blogs and national publications like Family Circle and The Wall Street Journal; making it the #1 business application on Facebook with 18+ million monthly visitors. Other brands she has serviced include PBS, Seagram’s, Toshiba, Dizzywood,, and American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is a mother of two, a blogger, and loves to spend time at the beach in Santa Barbara where she resides.

    Jonathan has more than 20 years of communications experience with deep expertise in developing strategic communications plans that generate buzz and “move the dial.” His specialty is helping clients identify and shape messages that resonate with the press. Jonathan’s experience spans business and consumer technology, health care, food and beverage, and defense industries for non-profit organizations, public relations agencies, government and corporate clients.
